I am getting dents on the middle of the brass when shooting my SAR8 G3.
Can the dented ammo be reloaded?

You said dent(s)...one or two?
One's from the ejector.
If you,ve got two the other's from hitting the rear of the ejection port. Try a port buffer if you can find one, it may minimize the damage.
If you've got more than two dents it's probably from your brass hitting the ground a 1/4 mile away! For that, try a brass bucket/catcher.
Happy hunting...

I reload slightly dented cases.*
Severely dented cases might cause concern in pressures if loaded.
Also look closely at the dents to make sure there is no cracking of the case. Throw those away in a recycling bucket.
But....the decision must be entirely up to you since you are the only one that can evaluate the severity of the dent.
*It may sound somewhat contradictory to what I have already said but I will opt to go on the side of caution when reloading. There is no reason to push the envelope and get hurt when ammo is reasonable available and still cheap enough to afford.

I have one dent about 1/4" long in the middle of the brass.

If it's a shallow dent and you can't see a crease crack I'd reload it.

I get a nasty one on the mouth of the case and one about midway towards the base. My gap is cool at 7 mm. I'd like to find a port buffer but Robert at "robertrtg.com" does'nt have any more. He expects more at some point but not now. I've looked at the brass and there does'nt seem to be any cracks in it. I'll just make sure I stay below the 50,000 pressure point with my loads. Sorry, by the way i shoot a CETME from CAI.

+1 for what Navajo had to say. He is right on the money.
