Easy fix for your CETME...Common problem...

You can modify the mag or modify the rifle. I prefer to hack on the $0.99 cent mags rather than the $450 rifle, but others prefer to "fix" the rifle and I understand that...

See the square "window" here on the left side of this mag? Use a small file and file down (or up actually) the upper edge of this window thus making the window a little bigger.

This will allow the mag catch on the rifle to engage this locking area on the mag earlier as you insert it into the magwell and thus lock it into place.

Thats the best I can do to describe the process...
