Domestic FNC?

I got to play with (though never shoot) an FNC a few years ago and liked it a lot.

Is there any chance we will have an affordable domestic semi-auto receiver & parts kit here, a la the AR70s and FN-FALs?

I'm not holding my breath on new kits since the BATFE is squeezing the nuts on most of the parts importers and the UN is pissed about it too.

I think bobcat weapons has a 223 frakenFAL coming out soon.
