CETME scope mount update

Well,I had to give up on using the claw mount on my stamped receiver gun.The mount pinched the receiver and bound the bolt.However,the guy I bought the gun from included an aluminum mount with a side rail. The mount bolted up to the Z24 Hensoldt scope perfectly. This mount has a set screw to keep the scope from walking under recoil.So now the gun is scoped and I just have to take it to the range and see how it shoots.

many of us here have had the same experience. it's frustrating to say the least. good luck on your other scope mount though
