Seems like every manufacture is a little different on thickness stick with same type of brass per lot

I tumble and go to the press with it. I just use a resizing die. From what I understand, .45 brass will actually shrink with usage.

Wouldn't waste the time if I were you. I never have chamfered .45ACP brass and never had a problem.

If there is a burr left from trimming them you should take it off. Inside and out.

I never worry about length on my .45 cases. I only champher the inside of the mouth on match brass that will have lead bullets. I am anal about the little burr that might scrape the bullet. For banging ammo and jacketed I do not de-burr or champher.

I haven't had trim any .45 ACP brass yet, but when I do, I will champfer it if I get any burrs.

Depends on how you're loading it. On progressive presses the stop that dispenses powder will usually also bell the case mouth. You just need a small amount of belling to be able to set the bullet in the case so it sits upright without falling over when you let go of it. Trim and chamfer only if you are bored out of your skull.

I don't think i have ever trimmed. I do get failure to feed once in a while, but not on a regular basis. I to use a progressive (Dillion 550b) and the powder drop will bell the case slightly.

As pointed out, if there is a burr, remove it, but you should not have to get carried away.
