Great Southern Arms

Has anyone ever dealt with Great Southern Arms? I bought some stuff from them a couple of years ago and was very satisfied with the service. I see they are still on the web, but I haven't been able to contact them. Emails bounce and I can't get an answer on the phone.
Anyone know if they are still in business?
