Nice vids. Does anybody know if there is a vid like these for the disassembly and assembly of the trigger group?

There isn't Jay, but in the Cetme FAQ there is a link to the process, complete with pictures.

excelent material.
i learned the propper procedure fro stripping the bolt now, looks much easier than the way ive been doing it.
any explanations of how EXACTLY the system works?? ive never really thought of it till now.
is it just the force of the cartridge back on the bolthead that forces the roller in along the slots in the trunion, causing it to squeeze the locking piece rearward???

basically, yes
here's a more "technical" version of how it works

here's some more good pics that help you visualize it

What are the tolerances for the bolt gap? What is good, just O.K., must be replaced? Thanks for the great video info.

004 is absolute MINIMUM. 019 is maximum, and the 016-017 is THE BEST.
A lot of people are talking about "violent extraction", and ruined cases. With the gap of 016, and the port buffer, CETME works like a Swiss watch, and puts the brass in a neat pile 3-4 feet away.

My Ceme puts the brass in a bent but neat pile 25 ft. away. lol
