Getting to be pretty slim pickings on those.
You can try hkparts.net, or hkspecialist.net, but they are all new factory replacement parts, and not surplus, so are $$$$. I've ordered from both, good folks.
There are POF bolts around, saw them a while back at SAR show, a lot of them, and pof-usa.com is showing them under there selection of HK parts. No experience myself, but from reading here and there, YMMV with pakistani parts though.
robertrtg.com is a good guy for surplus G3 stuff, but he hasn't shown bolts (or carriers) for a while, might call them though. Good folks there too.
Numerich shows out too.
Century maybe? I know they got all of FAC's inventory.
Otherwise try gunbroker.com or the sale areas on these boards, one comes up now and again.
If you find a source (and a good price) for one, let me know, I'm in the market for a spare to keep.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

Two of those are just carrier, and I don't know how in this world the guy can justify asking that for em.
The other is a POF part, and cheaper elsewhere
I bought a couple carriers at a show a while back for like fifty bucks each.!
