I have one and I, like many others, believe they are some of the best going. Just get the options you want and the NM trigger and you will be very happy with it.

I have the Elite CAR A4 and have been very happy with it. Rock River is a quality builder. I looked at all the other builders and went with this one. I liked the fit and finish better on them.

Great company. Very respected everywhere I go. I bought a 20" NM upper. Good stuff.

I've got a parts kit and buttstock on the half AR I've got and it seems pretty good, nice crisp trigger for just the standard setup... still waiting for enough money to get the rest of the rifle now.................

I have one of their Entry Tactical rifles and I love it:

As others have said, the fit n' finish is top notch. I also have a Colt HBAR (1992 vintage) and I compared the two side by side (broke everything down so I could compare internals, too) and the machining and finishing on the RRA is just as nice as the Colt. I've put nearly a 1000 rounds through the Entry Tactical in the nearly year and a half that I've had it and there's not been any problems at all. It's a sweet shooter, the RRA 2-stage NM trigger rocks, and I've no regrets about buying it.

Get one. You'll love it, too.

Cheers,

I bought an elite comp upper. Shoots very accurately and never had any problems at all. I am very pleased with it.

Wow! Revived an über-old thread! Love it!

I've since updated my Entry Tactical with a few things:

Gotta love the AR accessories! :)

I have several Rock Rivers including one in 7.62x51; I have had zero problems with them. Fit and finish are as good as any on the market and function is flawless.

I have the lar8 in 7.62x51 and can't say anything but good stuff about it . I used rock rivers scope mount and never had to adjust the scope it was perfect at 100 yds. I know that's probably a fluke but thats the kind of things that make me like this one so much

They are among the best AR's on the market. I have a middy flattop and a NM A2. Thier standard triggers are better than some lower end match triggers. Rock solid fit between upper and lower recievers.

My shooting buddy swears by their rifles. He's got an M4gery with their two stage trigger, breaks at about 4lbs. It is a pretty sweet shooting rifle, has somewhere around 10,000 rounds through it, quite a lot of it Wolf, been so gunked up with crap that it was cycling slow, but still working, and it's still running strong.

They're definitely worth looking at. I just have more fun building them myself.

RRA ROCKS, Great Product!
I had 2 Ar 15 from them and had Zero problems, A couple of months ago I purchased another RRA LAR 8 (308) and have shot the heck out of it, and now it is one of my Favorite Rifles!
Have done a couple of upgrades on it, here is a picture of my sweetie!

I also Own Three Colts AR'S, and In my opinion RRAs are as good as Colts if not better!

But that is just my Humble opinion.

I made up an RRA 9mm, AR15 which is perfect.

The trick is machining the UZI mags to work with it.

Wow talk about a blast from the past. I think this thread started when the forum did. Still have my RRA AR-15 and it's still going strong with no issues.
