In February I sent an old 8 X 32 Custom scope back to Bushnell for repair.

I have had that scope for YEARS and suddenly it wouldn't hold zero.

The scope was probably in the same market value area as the Banner line.

Anyway, Bushnell was unable to fix it and they replaced it with a 3-9X40 Trophy scope. For nothing!

I'm not sure of the site/adminstrators' policy on product endorsements or comments but I think in this day and age we, as gun owners, need to recognize the good guys.

A big +1 for recognizing the guys with good customer service. I think that more and more companies in the firearms industry are feeling the pinch of lower sales and are looking to maintain a strong customer base and excellent customer service is the easiest and cheapest way to do this. I know I will look a little harder at Bushnell when I need a new scope because of this post.
