Seems the six muslim "holy men" that were removed from the flight coming to Phoenix in November after attending a muslim conferrence in Minneapolis and were removed from the plane have decided to sue the airline and their fellow passengers. They were removed because: 1. Seen gathered together in a huddle, supposedly praying together (according to them) in aribic. 2. Were overheard by fellow passengers cursing the United States and talking about Hussein, 3. Asked for seat belt extenders which they didn't use and stored under their seats, 4. Were moving about and conferring with each other during boarding and pre-flight, 5. Even though traveling together, their seat assignments were scattered throughout the plane, and 6. Just making everyone else on the plane uneasy.

Their attorney, Omar Mohammedi,(note the name)the New York City attorney for the imams, said the intent is not to go after passengers who raise valid concerns about security. But he suggested some passengers may have acted in bad faith out of prejudice.:bull: Luckly, top attorneys across the country are rushing to the aide of the passengers to act as their defense against this latest attempt by muslims and their communities to try and "turn the tables" and focus blame on others.

How many times does this country need to be hit in the head with a baseball bat before the government starts seeking out and deporting people that don"t belong in to this country or are a definate threat? What is it going to take? Another 911 where we loose again because we were too "politically correct" to take some action and were afraid we would offend someone like these muslims that were in fact acting suspicious by their actions?

Any judge that would even allow this case to come to trial should be removed from office because of the sheer amount of stupidity behind this suit. America, Wake Up!

Shit, I might get sued by a bunch of Afghans now, those were some of the things we were told to watch for to alert us to possible suicide bombers...

Honestly, if you don't want to get kicked off the plane, don't do things that look like you're going to highjack it.

First you couldn't say "Hi" to your friend Jack on a plane.

Now poor ol Alvin Kayda can't put his name on his camera, phone or luggage.

you know i can understand why they are suing but at the same time, its like if you get bit by a certain dog are you going to be happy to go up to it and say hi. i think not. i dunno, its almost as bad as someone breakin in your house and cutting his arm on his way in and suing you
