There is no spacer used on the pin that holds the sear spring, but there is a spacer next to the trigger where the trip lever used to sit. What I do is to grind off the arm of the old trip lever to meet the profile of the shoulder of the pivot pin support. This gives you a spacer of the correct width, and you would just be throwing away the old trip lever anyway.

First thing to do is to install the trigger and sear assembly:

Next is to position the sear spring and install the pivot pin:
In this photo you can also see the spacer next to the trigger where the auto sear trip lever used to be.

and the view from the top:

Now install the hammer and hammer spring, be sure to position the legs of the sear spring UNDER and FORWARD of the hammer pivot pin:

Hook the hammer spring legs over the interruptor and position them in the slots provided:

Last, install the ejector, pivot, and spring and you are done:

great pics. I was thinking the same thing about the spacer you made out of the old trip lever. that only leaves on question and I think I can see the answer in your pic. the 2 arms on the smaller spring then rest on the shelf plate that im going to weld in? and the curved ends point up as they rest on the shelf? did you add a spacer bushing between the spring coils, I was thinking of making one up.

The arms on the smaller spring hook under the hammer spring and over the shelf plate.

oh that makes sense, i was trying to put the full auto triger pack back together just to get familer with the fcg and couldnt figure out where that spring rested against. im going to mill out the cage and weld in the shelf this week at work. it is all starting to become a little clearer now. thanks guys.
