EOtech mounts

Does anyone have any input/experience on the EOtech low profile scope mount? I keep a HK 91 as part of the hurricane kit (and of course the range) and plan on mounting a 553 HWS. I do not want to have to drill and tap the reciever to prevent creep caused by recoil. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If youve got a HK91, there won't be any creep with a scope mount as real HK91's have a saddle up top to keep a scope mount from moving fore and aft.

any scope mount should work just perfect on an HK. As usual, the more the cost, the better the mount.

As JFowl said, if you have an HK 91 , just get a HK scope mount...it'll be rock solid on a German receiver.

has an EOTech on his duty AR...it is really the nicest lit-point sight I have ever seen...pricey and totally worth it for the serious user. fun fer target too--I can confirm that part. ;)
