Ok....I'm kinda stumped.

Mexico.....

Looks like a HK 33K, but the curvature of the mag screams 7.62x39mm.

I know that HK didn't release any of their HK 32's.

So......Mexican build up?

I would think that it is a 33...

the mag looks similar on this 53... http://firearmdeals.com/Dons/HK53_031207_001.jpg

Here's a 33 with the same mag I think... http://firearmdeals.com/Dons/HK33_031207_001.jpg

Of course it could be the super secret Mexican build nobody was invited too. I guess they mad at us for all the border issues.

I agree that the mag curviture "looks" like a 7.62x39, but that seems illogical. AFAIK, HK never mass produced their 7.62x39 variant (which is most unfortunate), nor does Mexico issue a 7.62x39 gun. My guess is that it's just the camera angle playing tricks on our eyes. That's an HK33 of some type.

That is a standard HK 40 round magazine. I have 3 of them for my Vector Arms V93:

The one in the pic looks more curved than your 40 rounder.

I'm tracking man, believe me. It doesn't make any sense at all that it's a 7.62x39mm rifle, but the mag curvature sure looks like it.

It probably is just the camera angle making the mag from a 33K look more curved than it really is.

the HK32 I believe was a rifle HK made to fire the 7.62x39

The rifle in the original pic in Mexico, is DEFINITELY a 33 with 40 round mag. No mistery about it.

Cool, Vector makes a nice version on the Hk 93, or should I say did make a nice version. I have only seen the vector rifle never fired one.
