The plan was to hunt down the coyotes, pop holes in some pigs, and relax.

We did a lot of shooting and cigar smoking.....
All that got killed (other than some cheap beer)

Clay pidgeon made into a makeshift ash tray. Needed to put the smoke somewhere while shooting. (my brilliant idea! LOL)

It was a blast. This property has never been hunted, so we were basically there scouting it out. It's about 2.5 hours from home, so we just made a weekend of it. 188 acres, about half of it has been cleared for hay, the rest is covered in trees and briars. We found a bunch of bones from where some yotes drug a cow. We also found a TON of pig tracks and crap, not to mention ruts and rubs. Next time we should be coming home with some tusks and meat!

Yeah, I set up several to sight in the AR and 30/30 at 100 yards with open sights. We had two AR's out there, my 30/30, a .270, three 12 gauges, my 10/22, my .17hmr, friends 22 mag, not to mention my carry weapon and Frank's as well.

Only thing we saw was a skunk.... and he was WAY too close to shoot.
There was a dust storm and 60mph winds, the yotes and pigs kinda hid out.
