my CIA yugo UF has a front sight that is a bit too much over to the left. How do I fix it by the ABC's?

Actually bfh is a listed fix, but may not give the results desired or might mess other things up and even break the front sight base.

Vise on the base and twist the rifle?

On second thought, that's probably the absolute laziest, cheapest, potentially-most-damaging-to-the-firearm idea as possible.
