I highly doubt that they timed their attack around our election. true timing they'd done it the day after. the two are completely unrelated. You gotta think about the country and its rules and problems and figure out what the situation is, the if there is no cause in the wrld then maybe. but it is a 1 and 100000. this plan would have been carried out either way.

I disagree. I think they knew full well that such an attack would influence the outcome of our election toward a president that they believed would be tougher. Attacking the day after the election would have added nothing to the horror of the attack and there are multiple logistic considerations involved in picking a specific day. I think they purposefully planned it to take place AFTER the U.S. presidential election.
