There it was, only 10 stink'n little bucks! A real nice dual tone ww2 carbine mag pouch. As nice as that was, its what I found inside that BLEW ME AWAY!!!
Issued, butt not butt used!! I only hope its original and not something that some yoke stuck in there for his trip to the woods for blinking. No brown strains, but is yellowing from age.
I wonder what I can get for it on ebay????

If anyone knows any history on this fabulous item, please share it. This is probably one of the foot soldiers best friends when away from camp, and in camp for that matter. ONe of those items we take for granted untill its not around when we need it.

I doubt the authenticity of said butt wipe! It was not in the as issued brown wrapping paper, that came in WWII/Korean War era C-rats! :icon_mrgreen:
