Were these manufactured post-ban?

Does anyone know what is the legal definition of a magazine? I seem to remember it was the floorplate.

So this floorplate would be illegal for civilian use, for example, in New York State when installed in a 20 round body?

For 922r compliance, however, these parts are just what the doc ordered.

For 922r compliance there are three parts that count: mag body, follower, and floorplate. This would give you two parts.
