    You are incorrect deth502. Oblivionboyj is correct. A permit in PA is good anywhere in PA. Philly tried to do their own thing but they are prohibited from doing so. I've been an LEO in PA for 25 years. In Philly, you need a LCTF to carry openly. That is the only difference in Phila from the rest of the state.

    Raf has it right. Been carrying concealed in Philly for years. Open carry is just asking for the police to stop you. Let the officers do their job, and don't go looking for trouble with them.
