I just joined the M-14 family

I only have 1 pic as the batteries in my camera died. I'll try to get some more later. I didn't really expect to have this rifle. I went hunting with an old friend who owned it. I made mention that if he ever wanted to sell it, I'd be interested. 6 days later, I'm a M-14 owner.
It looks new, and came with 2k rounds, a Springfield scope mount, and 15 mags.

    Awesome!

I am building mine waiting on a receiver. That looks great! Enjoy!

I'm not sure what you mean. I know nothing of it's history.

I would never thought I could afford one either. I'm selling my Saiga .308, and my DPMS .308 to cover it. That's a bit deceptive. I had ordered and payed for the DPMS the Saturday before. I never took it out of the shop, just put it on the shelf for sale with the extra mag and scope rings.
