We have a 1" square grid paper that you can download and print out and then if you do a careful job, you can place your firearm on the grid and trace around it with a pencil angled slightly to get the line very close to your firearm. Then you can mail us the grid paper and we can scan it and cut it from your tracing. This allows us to custom cut the foam to your firearms configuration, and allows it to be custom fit to all of your accesories also.
make cutouts for magazines, optics, tools, flashlights, silencers, multiple firearms, you name it, we can cut it.

Of course, we would be happy to accept your firearms and accesories in the mail for custom fitting also.
Not just limited to firearms either. We can cut foam for camera equipment, expensive electronics, tools, you name it.

we are going to be keeping a stock of generic designs already precut for unmodified firearms and we will be doing cases also so if you have a common unmodified firearm, you will be able to order a case precut without needing to trace your firearm.

We will be cutting a case for an AR15 in a couple of days when it arrives and i will take photos of it so you can see more pictures of a custom case we will be cutting.
