Elderly Texan comes to the aid of Officer in shootout

6 shots from .357 mag, with 4 hits at, and get this, an estimated 165 yards!

    Read about it here: http://www.ktxs.com/news/Three-people-k ... index.html

and watch Mr. Stacy in his own humble words.

We need more of this, imo.
    Luv me some cosmoline!

Ears to the ground, nose to wind and my hackles are rising.

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” -Samuel Adams

You know what makes that a TOTALLY righteous shoot? That fine gentleman said at the end, that now he has to live with it. God bless that man! He was trying so hard to contain his emotions, but I can imagine that he felt so horrible, having been put in that situation, and having to take another persons life. He did the RIGHT thing and yes your right, we DO need more like that.

Yes, the man is a hero, an outstanding citizen who is not afraid to get involved, and one hell of a shot. Here's a link to another story:

God bless men like him, and may we be raising up more like him in this generation.
I'm a civilized man. But I can be a barbarian when I need to be.

if he was in ny, ct, or ma, he'd probably be thrown in jail. something stupid, obstructing justice, discharing of a firearm with in 500 feet of a building capable of housing people or livestock, disturbing the peace. i'm sure a bleeding heart liberal lawyer could add a 100 more to the list.
but your all right, we need more people willing to step up an in and do what is right, regardless.
