    .300 Blackout Carbine

I had the stock and AAC upper; went to a gun show recently and bought an Anderson Industries Lower and Parts Kit; here's what I built; nice and simple with a new Vortex SPACII:

What are the specs on the barrel? Is this the same rifle from the range report that you gave?

I have a 16" with a 1:8 twist and a 10.5" with 1:8 twist. I like the pistol because it is so light weight.

Kagans that is the 16" AAC .300 Blackout Upper. It is a "standard" AR upper; shibbykins I believe it like all other AR uppers (except for the gas pistons).

nice weapon! I love the 300 BLK caliber. I had an M4gery 300 BLK, but being semi-retired I could not afford to feed it! Reloading the 110/115 bullets was more expensive than a 308 because you had to use the really long projectiles (and really expensive) for the 300 BLK. Short standard 125s did not feed well. I wish they had used the longer case, shorter standard 308 bullet like Wilson 7.62x40.
