    Go To rifle

In a bad situation or an unexpected social visit, what is your choice for a go to rifle? I have several to choose from but am rethinking my choice.

X on the rifle instead would go to 7 and a half birdshot from any of my 12ga platforms to keep all moving parts and all of my problems inside the 4 walls instead of killing the guy next door watching TV.In a more rural local AK47 or 30-30 would work.

First the pistol, if coming thru the door or window
then shotgun (12 Ga). if coming up the stairs....
then the Ak. if down the hall way.........

    That is mine.

the wife, well! she has her own...............she will take it from there..........

HEY! It is just a plan.............

It depends on where I'm at in the house as to what I'll use first. Now if they have an appointment and made reservations for a number of intruders I'll have planned accordingly.

.45 acp 1911-A1, 12ga double barrel, -- usually have an AR15 around in .300Blk/5.56/.308, which I alternate for no particular reason.
Most used firearm is a 60 year old .222 rem bolt action Savage kept by back door for varmint control.

We thought about it for a long time, "Endeavor to persevere." And when we had thought about it long enough, we declared war on the Union

For me it's a pistol, and it is what I'm currently carrying concealed for the day. I have several guns I carry depending on how I feel for the day.
most of the time I CC a S&W Bodyguard 380, a S&W shield 9, a Sig p938, or a Colt Agent depending on what I feel like using for the day.
Sometimes ill grab a holster off the shelf and open carry a gun all day just to see what its like to carry it all day. We also have a rule at work that if you forget your gun you have to strap on the pink or purple gun and wear it open carry all day.

My wife carries my (now hers) Sig P238 Scorpion which she claimed and confiscated. She used to carry a Walther PK380

We have a Winchester defender 12 ga stuck under the counter at work too most times
