That sidewalk is nice. I like how it connects up to the existing one.

Yep, gutters on both sides. No wood in the building either, all steel, including door and door frame.

When I hep my parents build there riding arena. It has no gutters, but its rase and we dozed a slight channel on each side to drain out back. Plus there no dirt its that real fine 1\8 gravel

Thanks! A.C. guy will be out late afternoon and confirmed with brother he will start on wiring next week.

Updates will be slower after this, but will post any significant work/changes as we go.

Again purpose of the 30'X40' (1,200 square foot) building - (to get absolutely what I wanted would have been out of reach money wise, but I think I did fairly well)--

    1. Medium "layered" security for storage of my collection. (It would be nice to have 4 foot reinforced concrete walls with bank vault door,
but it "ain't" going to happen $$$$).
    2. Humidity and temperature control.
    3. Easily accessed storm shelter (I have been through 8-10 near, or direct hits, by tornadoes/straight line winds on my property, in my life.
    4. Office area with computer (internet), phone, etc.
    5. Modest kitchen area with sink, refrigerator, microwave, small kitchen table, etc.
    6. Modest bathroom with toilet, etc.
    7. Hangout area with wood stove, easy chairs, big wood rockers, etc.
    8. Storage of emergency supplies.
    9. Cots, recliners, etc, in container used for storm shelter can also double for use for drop in guests, kids, spending a night or two.
Heck I may use them myself (LOL).
    10. Modest work bench for light work. I will keep the messy stuff (work) in my old shop building. A good deal of stuff store in the old building
will be moved to new building for storage freeing up more area there for shop work.
    11. If space permits I will likely set up a couple of displays. I have always wanted to do an American arms of WW2 one.

The building was not designed for storage of vehicles, 4 wheelers, lawn equipment, etc, I already have buildings for that. It was not meant to
be a "bunker", etc, if you are into that. I will set it up to run off a generator if power is knocked out. It will have it's own propane source,
    plus wood stove.

The building was design for my needs/desires with budget limitations. I understand it is not what everyone would want, but even so might
give some ideas to anyone wanting to do something like this.

I will breakdown building costs latter for anyone interested.

Nice to see the progress Buckshot, these projects can take on a life of their own at times. The garage door will be a big plus when bringing in future ammo purchases.
