Looking good. Getting closer and closer.

Those in-line water heaters work good. We have one in the shop at work. The water gets really hot, hot enough to make instant coffee with!

We have never seen 30 thousand watts run thru a 110 line before, but that is what it took. Put in a 30 amp breaker just for it and direct wired it. Lot of juice,
but the plus side it is only on while you are running hot water, unlike hot water tanks that are constantly heated.

Wow! Power hungry little sucker, 27 amps. We have ours on 220v.

Same here, comfortably warm. My first time with one, instant warm water, it does not take up much room and I like it. It may some juice when on, but that will only be a few minutes per day.

It's good to hear you are starting to get around a bit better now. Try not to over do it at first. The building is coming along great. It looks like it will not be long before you are settled in.

Yep, it was a fairly long complicated operation on the knee, then 30 days in wheel chair/crutches and now I tried to go from zero to 60 in 1-2 days because of all the activity on the building.
My left leg is swollen up and I am paying for it now (LOL).

ah now ... give it a break & rest it a bit... the fancy toy hall will be there when the swelling is gone.

Did that yesterday, had to (LOL). My partner (fireman) had a couple of his young helpers deliver the Coke Machine this morning he had bought from the fire department.
Looks pretty good. Going have heat/air friend service it before we hook it up. It will take bottles or cans.
