Good info. Most of my guns have the holsters made for them a half century ago. The M12 is great for the newer ones and for sure won't go into the "it just isn't right" holster drawer. It is made so well it will really protect any pistol in it. (IMHO)

I just tried the keepshootijg website, the code didn't give me a discount and shipping was $8 and change. Maybe it just didn't like me.

I almost bought the Italian M12, but it only had alice clips, no belt loops. I looked up pictures of the back.

Stopped by my local Army surplus store just a bit ago. They had brand new M12 holsters on sale for $24.95 Awesome! It fits my Ruger P89 perfectly. I may go back and get more of them.

what I find amusing on who made Nevada holster is CATHEY ENT. they also made M1911A1 holsters during the late cold war days. CATHEY ENT. (Hill Country Leather, Inc) is known for making leather goods. guess for a contract they'll make holster from something else.

with the military going with the M11 pistol as their primary side arm, you're going to find the market is going to be saturated with brand new M12 holsters as manufactures quickly going to be dumping them. and prices I'm sure will be dropping as well.

I bought a brand spankin' new, the leather on the flap wasn't even cracked from opening it, M1911 holster made by CATHEY ENT, for less then 10 bucks in the late 90s at a gun show.

I need to find one for mine. I carry my Inox whenever I'm in the woods.

I picked up on of those for my 1911 last winter. Came with a plastic cleaning rod. Do they still include the rod?
