PPs43-C pistol in caliber 7.62x25, I.O. Inc. redesigned

    Just for grins:

Brand New PPs43-C pistol in caliber 7.62x25. This pistol is made at the famous Radom plant in Poland. Each pistol comes with 4 -35rd. magazines and cleaning kit. The folding stock is not functional. The mechanism is disabled and it has been welded in place

    The History...

The PPS-43C (Pistolet-Pulemet Sudaeva, model of 1943 = Sudaev SMG) was born as an answer to the need for a weapon that is more compact and mobile than the PPSh-41, then in use by the Soviet Army. The PPSh-41 was somewhat too long to be used by tank crews and mobile recon groups and paratroopers, so late in 1941, the Red Army issued a request for a new more compact sub machine gun (SMG). The designer Sudaev initially designed his new SMG in 1942, and it was adopted under the designation of PPS-42. The next year he refined the design, and this final model was designated as the PPS-43. This model was manufactured in significant numbers (nearly two million PPS-43 weapons were manufactured between 1943 and 1946). The PPS-43 is sometimes referred to as the best SMG of World War II. After WWII, it was widely exported to pro-Soviet regimes around the world, and widely copied.

    Today...

I.O. Inc. redesigned this historical firearm to shoot from a closed bolt position. The safety is located at the front of the triggerguard. The receiver and barrel shroud are made from stamped steel. The rear sight is an L-shaped flip type and is marked for 100 and 200 meters, the front sight is a fixed blade type. The barrel is equipped with a simple muzzle brake. This firearm is an ATF approved pistol. The stock has no function and is permanently fixed in its folded position.

This pistol is manufactured at the famed Radom Plant in Poland. All parts and components are new and Polish made. The PPS-43C pistol comes with 4 curved box magazines, each holds 35 rounds.

This was from years ago. I think that they sold out quickly.

I really wanted one of these when they were around. Of course when I was ready to purchase, everyone was out. Probably because some people were buying more than their fair share of just one. Who needs more than one anyways? Lol!

A man has two hands, usually, and thus, requires at least two of each gun.

The nice thing about them is being able to just pick up and pop in a 9mm barrel and go to it. This doesn't work so well with the ppsh41.....I really need to get my stuff back out and finish my kit....You guys have been stirring up trouble lately with interesting topics and pics.

    "FAIR SHARE ?"
    Sounds like liberal speak! LOL

Yep! I needed more or wanted more than one, that is why I bought them.
More than one, YEP!, usually I buy at least 2 at a time to see if they are any good, then if I like something I order some more ( some times a lot more).
People make choices in life that are good and some people don't.
Some just wait and check out the way the wind is blowing, when the wind stops blowing then they are ready.
Then it is too late........OH well! The French have words for it. ( look it up)

For years my Signature below was "BUY AMMO" and "BUY SURPLUS GUNS" some did and some didn't.
Lots of people just look and wait, then when opportunity is gone it is gone.
Now, When there are some for sale out there and the prices are much higher.
So opportunity is there again but they wait again hoping for the prices to go down.
    Gone again.
    So there You go. LOL

I know, I've missed the ship so many times now it's not even funny. C'est la vie!

BTW, are you going to be posting any more cool stuff for sale here? I like it when you do that.

    C'est la vie! YES>>>>>>>>

I am still digging in boxes and sorting.
I have several storage places and I am working on one of them here at my home.
It started out a small project but is growing.
I have been buying heavy duty shelves and boxes to sort out items, Label boxes, etc.

I have been working on the AR/M16 stuff right now and it is mixed in with the FAL/CETME/BREN/ ? stuff.
I still have lots of parts kits that I need to open and check for missing parts.
It just takes a lot of time to do this.
But there have been some very good finds along the way.
I will try to get a few more item up for sale this week.
    Thanks for asking.
