    dissipators build

    Nice looking builds Ron. Do the disipators have a gas block hidden under the handguards or do they use the front sight gasblock? I looked at one when I first got into them but don't recall.

    Those A1's are nice sleek builds. I'm glad to see Brownell has come out with repro parts making it easier for those that didn't get in early on like yourself.

    This one has the hidden gas block ( I have 2 of them).
    I also have one with the FSB used.
    The stocks, hand guards, and pistol grips are all original Colt.
    I bought a few sets of the Brownell furniture sets, but I don't like them as much as I like the original.
    The Brownell sets are a lot cheaper and would work good.
