C93 Pistol 300 Blkout Conversion help requested

I was looking to have my c93 pistol 556 barrel changed to 300 black out to be a better suppressor host

I have already asked Ghilliebear and he said he doesn’t work on the pistols anymore

    Any help is appreciated

Are you having timing issues or? Is 300 blk quieter, just curious.

300blk out is far superior to 556 in a 8in barrel. For the life of the suppressor and also for sound reduction. The HK53 in 300blk would make more sense and I’d argue would have been more ideal over the mp5 in 9mm .

I believe i have a business willing to do it but the turn around time is several months. Id first like to see if there is any members here in Florida or surrounding states willing to help change out my barrel? I would be more than happy to drive to you and pay you for your help. I have the special made locking piece, and barrel ordered now

A lot of roller lock builders have longer lead times. Give Kilo Guns a call out of Arizona. Their full build turn around was about a month early this year. Not sure if the just do barrel swaps but give them a call and find out.

Just curious, is yours one with a welded trunion all the way around the front of the receiver?

I believe welded all the way around the ring , would you think that is an issue?

Not as long as this company has the jigs set up to do it. You might want to inform them of the trunnion weld. I mean I doubt most place drill out the receiver welds and pull the trunnion but who knows unless they specialize or work with a lot of roller locking guns. Just a thought before you get hit with surprises.
