    Morels

    Hunting, but not with a gun. This is half of what we picked up mushroom hunting here in just a few minutes. They are huge. Going out again, but let it dry
    up a little, just had a heavy rainstorm.

    My partner said he bought some last year cost $40 for a lb. They go $20-$60 lb here. Can't be grown commercially so only grow wild. There are some
    folks that take hunting them (morels) in the spring pretty serious around here. Those that have good spots won't tell anyone else about them (LOL).
    BTW those I got were exceptionally big, we split about 4lbs between us.

    Got these yesterday - frigging huge! Hen of the Woods/Chick of the Woods mushrooms. Actually have the texture and taste of chicken.
