    yep, that is a good video, I saw it on the GARAND COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION that someone, APB(?), posted on the GUNBOARD FORUM.

    like I said on that board, my hats off to the men and women at the CMP for taking rifles in poor condition and rebuilding them back to nice rifle.

    Good video, glad they could save those Garand's. Storage conditions for them was terrible.

    was thinking about selling my M1 garand.... serial number is in the 13,000's...

    every time i pull it out to think seriously about selling it, i just shoot it clean it & put it back in the safe. :-)
