Absolutely gorgeous!!! Can't get much more classic looking of a lever gun than that.

Sorry, I did not say.. It is 22 I believe... It will take 22 lr on down to 22 cb.. I have only shot 22 short in it, because I am a coward.. But you can see from the steel it looks like it is strong enough for more...

That is a very nice lever gun! Love the target rear sight.

No markings except on the Inside of the pivot block it says "CARB"
    " -6-6"

Which my guess is the name of the steel that the builder used.. when the gun was listed by the auction house it was called a "carb 66" which cost me many hours of fruitless research online and in books before the auction trying to figure out what a carb 66 was.. when I saw it ,Cost was no object because, I had spent so much time searching I had to have it as a lesson to me... (I am sure is a lesson there but I will be damned if I can put my finger on it)

Trying to keep this thread going.
Post some more of your pictures.

Retro AR, very "Early" A2 carbines
    Sometimes called C7 Carbines.
Sometimes called (BHD Carbines)Black Hawk Down Carbines.
There are many more versions of this carbine with different options,
(pistol grips, stocks, upper receivers, lower receivers, hand guards, accessories, etc.)
