Not much of an ar guy either. I like the ones I have, but rarely go looking for a new one. Just when I'm nostalgic, or want something in specific.

I'm a Colt snob chiefly as an investment. Cause lets face it. Its a Colt, they always hold their value. Last great gun scare, I saw 6920's going for 3-4000 dollars. I'm buying every quality name brand Ar & standard capacity mag I can afford right now. Because rest assured, there will be another panic.

Found new in the bag usgi mags for $6 a pop the other day. Filled another shelf in the freezer.

Same here, nothing but Colt. When the next panic comes, I'll make a killing. I don't especially like to think that way but facts are facts.

I like to think of it as being a free market prepper. He or she who plans ahead will reap the rewards.

Just sold a pre-ban lower in CT today. Will order 2 more Colt lowers tomorrow.

The only real good piece of advice I got from my dad (that I listened to)was this. "If you've got guns, you've got money". I've taken this to heart & its saved my butt a couple times.

I'm not an AR guy. Lol!

I'm down to one, my M16A1 which I am keeping, and enough parts to build another. I will build out that one and sell it.

I confess, I AM AN AR GUY.

ER, I am a FAL, AK, SKS, RPD, SVT, SVD, Mosin Nagants, ETC. Guy ALSO.......
Over the years I have owned at least one of many kinds and some I have owned 100's.
Don't be ashamed of it . Honor IT. Be what you are...........Just admit it.

Picked up a binary trigger today to put in it. So hopefully I'll get to see how it works in the next few days.
