Yugoslavian 8mm surplus ammo?

Lol! No problem, that happens.

I usually crash out on the lounge chair after a long night at work and breakfast with a couple of dachshunds on my lap.

i didnt forget about you & did get the pic tonite....

all of mine is on stripper clips & in the cloth banodliers that kinda look like a linen in olive color with little metal buttons.

looks like its all 1949 stuff. & there is another number on there too.

Interesting. Completely different headstamp and no red 'Military" sealant on the primers.

Also just noticed, primer not crimped either.

i dont know how to read those particular headstamp codes... maybe Don or one of the other guys here can ? T&C? & then a 79 to go with the 1949..

ive got 8 boxes of this stuff with the exact same markings & way packed. supposed to be a little over 3,000 rnds in all. then i cracked open an ammo can & found it was all Romainian 8mmmauser! happy day! date on it is 1983.

Sean, looking around, I pretty sure that is Turkish ammo you have pictured.

Edit: Just pulled out a fired round of my Turkish stuff. Same headstamp, it's Turkish stuff you have pictured.

The FS on the headstamp is an abbreviation for the word "fishek" which means cartridge or ammo. The TC is for Türkiye Cumhuriyeti (Turkish Republic).
