Congratulation on the stock that is a nice looking weapon Buck
I like the 43' for several reasons, one of them being the excellent lines.

The clever MP 40 style, top folding stock looks invisible when folded
It's curbed magazine is unusual for WW 2 era all metal SMG. It gives it a modern look
All these features and it still ends up a relatively slender weapon.
We thought about it for a long time, "Endeavor to persevere." And when we had thought about it long enough, we declared war on the Union

Can you provide any guidance for someone wanting to do the same? Will I need to supply the Model, Serial number, all of the 922R Compliance parts, mine is not built yet, I started welding the receiver together, so Im not sure when to send in the paperwork and what info I will need. I dont have the trigger or the semi-auto bolt yet either. The denial block is welded into the receiver though.

    Thanks

You can get the form online from BATF website. Will need FP card, passport size photo and $200.00 for processioning. It is one of those you send in and forget about as it can takes months and months to get processed.
Yes, model, sn, caliber, etc, but nothing asked on 922r parts. Remember this is to make the stock functional and the rifle a SBR (short barrel rifle) and not related to the actual building of the rife.

Pretty cool, I always loved the PPS-43. Looks right with the short barrel and folding stock, otherwise it's either a ridiculous "pistol" or way too long as a rifle with a 16" barrel. Congrats.
