two Suomi M/31s or KP31s depending on who you talk to

TNW made semi SJR with legal 16-inch barrel and earlier dummy SMG with slant front sleeve and original barrel.

Very nice! I have never seen a 16" barreled version, but I like it.

    Yeah Scottz63,

They made these from surplus parts from real Suomis plus their own receiver and bolt to make it shoot semiauto. They no longer make these nor will they ever again as the surplus part kits got more expensive and/or were no longer available. Thought I should get one before they went way up in price. Havenít shot it yet but the drums hold 71 rounds of 9mm plus there are cheap 36 round stick mags and expensive so-called Coffin (shaped) mags that hold 50 rounds. Drums are going up in price and are supposedly reliable once you get them dialed in. I should probably get a couple more of those.

I've got one built on the TNW kit and it is sure a sweet shooter. The only possible improvement could have been with the trigger pull. It's alright when freshly cleaned and lubed, but after that it becomes a beast of the third magnitude. Mine also works best with the drum and is somewhat finicky with stick mags at times.
This is an issue which I can address and am just too lazy to take the time to do. Nothing to do with TNW quality which is top notch.

They are a heavy beast for 9mm anything.

Very nice, please post a photo of the fronts with the sloop.. Have been watching several Finnish war movies over the past few weeks.. and love the look..

And the TWN Trigger has to be the worst of any rebuilt gun I have ever shot..
