    OK. Explain this in words of one syllable. Honestly, I get very confused by the whole "AOW" thing. It sounds like if I have a brace and no foregrip, I don't have to worry . . . yet.

    It means that if they can just arbitrarily change the rules on this, they can change the rules on anything anytime they want. A dangerous precedence.

    When laws are open to interpretation by the regulating agencies, that can always be a problem. Just ask anyone who has run afoul of the government because a beaver turned part of their land into a protected wetland.
