First shown in 2014, I just happened to catch it Thursday night, on AHC (American Heroes Channel). I think it originally aired on The History Channel (I vaguely seem to recall parts of it), but was in the mood, and quite impressed - I watched all three parts of this miniseries, from 9pm to Midnight!

If you can catch it next time, it's DEFINITELY a good watch. It focuses on a lot of the UN-sung heroes of the Revolution - spies, women, freed slaves, teenagers (Andrew Jackson!) - all who fought for the cause of liberty, and WITHOUT being 'politically correct!' It just shows some monumental efforts, of ordinary people, who made America possible.
