    NICE!!!
The smaller machine is in video. I thank Scott for attaching it for me! Just photos of bigger machine right now. That huge island of dense trees is gone/flattened. This morning they
will be hitting other areas I want done. Nice folks and father is also a gun collector of older guns, such as Sharps rifles, etc.

    BS,

yeah the one in the video is more the size most of the guys in my area run. Bobcat or Kubota's seem to be the most popular here for the machine & then there is a pile of makers of the forestry head.

good stuff & thank you for sharing!

Camera batteries died before I got all the pictures taken. Will have some more latter--. They finished on me and moved across to my brother's land. Big machine thru a track, so working on getting it back on tomorrow.

He said first time this has happened, he just had the under carriage rebuilt and less than 100 hrs on it. Started raining last night and nasty this morning. Suppose to get down t0 23 tonight.
I don't see anything happening today. Probably too muddy to get to it with repair truck right now.

    Damn!!

he didnt "throw" a track. he BLEW a track. LOL.

the rubber track machines throw a track & its usually our(operator) fault. we catch an edge & then over correct..too quickly & peel it off the runners. Thats why i asked cause your ground is NICE. you dont have any big rough edges showing in your pix which is the main culprit for throwing a rubber track.

he's running steely's!! so he blew one. whether he broke the retainer or actually an ear. that takes a lot more effort to fix than putting a rubber track back on. good news is if he broke a pad ? he can just buy one if he doesnt already have some spares.

    love this stuff.

Parts should come in today, not sure if the ground is dry enough for them to get to it after heavy rain. Few more pictures. Two brush piles up there I decided would be easy to burn, so told them not
to waste their time on them.

Yes, it does. Big repair truck tried to get to down machine. Sunk it to the axle in mud. Using the working skid loader to put some lift and push on the back of it with me
in all wheel drive tractor pulling front managed to get it out. Decided we are just going to have to give it a couple of days to dry before we try to get to broken down
    machine to repair track.
