    Eastern Wild Turkeys

I have 8 hens this year vs 3 last year when I started. Now getting 4-5 eggs a day. Set my first batch of eggs yesterday. Thought I would have seen some wild ones come around
to check mine out, but nothing yet.

    dumb question:

have you ever ate one of these turkey eggs?

or are you just gonna have herds of turkeys to reduce the tick population?

Yea I have ate them. Have a harder shell than a chicken eggs and seem slightly richer in flavor. I am not sure what I will do this year with excess eggs/chicks. Like to maybe sell some, but
with all the turmoil going on that maybe hard this year. Maybe turn a few loose and see how they do.
