Good news, IIRC they even thru out the earlier law California had with restrictions on them.

God bless 'em at getting some FULL capacity mags, because those are drying up, too!
We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge or gallantry would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution is designed only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for any other. - John Adams, 2nd U.S. President -

the high cap stuff is gonna flow like water into commiefornia for a few weeks until they can find another way to shut it off.

if you are a commiefornia gun owner? better buy them quick & get expedited shipping!

Yep, or they will be sold out just like the ammo.

The single most important issue facing the country in November is who will appoint the next Supreme Court justice.

More courtroom action required before the CA citizens can buy mags.

This helps understand where the case is at and what is the next step.
The latest opinion covered the previous "Freedom week" buying and the magazines the CA. citizens already own.

The CRPA is a significant part of this court action.
    Read what they say:
    https://crpa.org/news/blogs/update-f...duncan-ruling/

Hopefully there will be more good news in just a few weeks.

Must have been a run on shovels at the hardwares stores and lots of "gardening" going on today.

I have no doubt the 9th Circus will meet en banc and overturn this decision.
