    My "new" S&W 686

My "new" S&W 686 6" Stainless .357Mag. My wives Uncle has decided he is not going to shoot anymore and gave me this on Tuesday. He said he bought it new during the last POTUS election. He also told me it has just 6 rounds through it. It will have many more soon. Came with the original box and accessories. Good day for me.

Nice uncle with a good taste in revolvers. Been deciding on which 357 to get next and an 686 is on the list.

He does, for sure. I love the 686. I have another 686 as well, an older 4" version of this. Very heavy duty guns with great triggers. They look great too. You won't go wrong with choosing one of these.

    Made my day!
We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge or gallantry would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution is designed only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for any other. - John Adams, 2nd U.S. President -

Nice. My other one is from 1987 and is also unfired in the box. 4" barrel and wood grips on it.
