I have been looking and researching who that is and believe it is Margret Higgins Hall

She, and Dickey Chappell were the only Female War correspondents in South Vietnam as of December 1962 -January 1963
She died in Washington, D.C. on January 3, 1966 of Leishmaniasis disease which she contracted while in Vietnam. She is buried in Section 2 of Arlington National Cemetery.

Note Dickey Chappell was killed by a mine in South Vietnam in November 1965 on a patrol with US Marines

We thought about it for a long time, "Endeavor to persevere." And when we had thought about it long enough, we declared war on the Union
