Very interesting result. Never even heard of M-Pro 7

Mpro 7: I've cleaned barrels with other cleaners until the patches came out white. The used Mpro-7 on the barrel and the patch came out black again. An amazing cleaner, but expensive. Also I left it on the rails as a lube and some months later got the pistol out to go shooting and the rails were glued together. I use Militec-1 grease on rails now. Pistols and rifles.
