    One More Garand

Received the last Service Grade CMP Garand I ordered today and I can just say I am very pleased. Made in 1954 with a very nice tiger-striped stock, very good bore and parking. Have not had a chance to clean it up bu I predict it will be a knockout! Hope it shoots as good as it looks! Pics and range report to follow later.

What are ur intentions with the rifle? If it's a good shooter, I may have to get one myself! Damn, sure looks nice. Springfields new ones retail $1,300!

Took it to the range today and it is a shooter! Sighted in at 50 yds with 16 rds then out to 100 yds. Eyes are not what they used to be but just call it another 30 head shots at 100 yds. I think I will keep it!
