    Random 10/22ness

So Fleet has them on sale here, and I figured it's about time I get one. It's just the plain base model, with the new plastic magwell/trigger housing part, which at first was kind of a slight grumble, but it already has an extended mag release on it, which is nice, since I was planning to put one on it anyway. Don't know if anybody else noticed that yet.

Anyway, what's the best hi-cap mags out there for them these days that's not going to cost half of what the silly little carbine did?

Yes, those 50s are nice but spendy. Theres the 25s from a couple manufactures that are within a few bucks of each other, but makesure you get the ones with steel lips. The plastic ones don't last. They get worn out then wont feed well.http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpag...eitemid=310909

I have anodized a bunch of the Tactical Innovation mags for a guy in AK. They are solid on construction but haven't talked to anyone that used them.
The only question I had about them was who in Alaska wanted the hot pink ones? Maybe the governor? They liked hot pink enough to have a second batch done.

Ya I agree Kmurphy. But it is fun to take a 25 rond mag and plink for awhile. The steel lipped ones are the way to go for sure.
SSwee it had to be the Gov. LOL.
