    WW2 sweetheart jewelry.

So, my Mother sent me a box a couple of days ago. Among other stuff it contained a small box from my step dad, a Vietnam war Vet. It is homefront sweetheart jewelry from WW2 era. Pretty cool. I did not have any of this stuff in my collection.

Thanks. I was told they are 100th Infantry Division crests.

Thank you! I had heard about it, but didn't know much about the stuff.

Reminds me of my fraternity's sweetheart jewelry, but CLEARLY more valuable, because it's military, & WWII at that!

Avarice, ambition, revenge or gallantry would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution is designed only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for any other. - John Adams, 2nd U.S. President -

So, my wife took a liking to these and decided she needed one to wear for our son in Korea. Found one on ebay that is a "Son In Service". She is happy now.
